A knot grew in his throat at the sound of Harry's voice, but he knew not saying anything would get him even more worried than how he probably already was.

"I'll be there in a minute," he assured him, steadying his voice as best as he could. Once he was standing he dried his face and tried to fix his disheveled hair before stepping out of the bathroom.

Braving a small smile, Remus did his best to act as he normally would.
